David Blood-Smyth

David brings over 20 years of equipment rental experience to the ERP team -- experience he developed working with small, regional, and national equipment rental companies across the western United States. 

 

David began his career in 1997 in the parts department at Center Rentals.  Over the next few years, he rose through the ranks quickly -- serving in inventory control, sales support, and asset pricing and sales.  Following the acquisition of Center Rentals by RSC, David became a Regional Retail Manager before moving to Nations Rent in California to serve as their Regional Fleet Manager. 

 

More recently, David was a founding partner and Vice President at Contractors Equipment Center, where he honed his skills in asset management, vendor financing, data analysis, and business strategy.  David led CEC from inception to a very successful exit in 2018.

 

David lives in Louisville, Colorado with his wife and many rescue dogs.  He is driven by the desire to help others reach their goals.
